Biographical Information

Masao Yoshida was the ace for Chukyo University Senior High School when they won three straight National High School Baseball Championships from 1931 to 1933. He also umpired in the 1969 NPB All-Star Game.

Yoshida was inducted into the Japanese Baseball Hall of Fame in 1992.
