Biographical Information[edit]

Mary Reynolds played third base and pitcher for the Peoria Redwings of the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League from 1946 to 1950 and was captain of the team for several years. In 1947, she hit .245 and earned a spot on the All-Star team. The next year, she went 9-6 with a 2.27 ERA on the mound. Overall, in five seasons, she hit .223 and was 30-38 on the mound.
