Marko Hudecek pitched two games for the Slovenian national team in their first European Championship, the 1995 European Championship. In 7 2/3 innings, he allowed 21 hits, 7 walks and 22 runs (19 earned), striking out four. He took the loss to Sweden's Magnus Höglund. He was 1-for-1 at the plate and had three assists in the field.
