Mark Holdsworth
Biographical Information[edit]
Mark Holdsworth was a top hitter for the South African national team in the 1995 Intercontinental Cup, going 6 for 16 with a double, two home runs, five runs and three RBI in five games. He had no set position, playing two games at catcher, two in right field and one at DH. He had three hits in a loss to Puerto Rico and took both Massimiliano Masin and Alessandro Parri deep in South Africa's lone win (over Italy. He coached for South Africa in the 1999 African Qualifiers for the 2000 Olympics.
