Biographical Information

Pitcher Mark Cohoon was a high school teammate of Jordan Walden [1]. He continued on to junior college, then was selected by the New York Mets in the 12th round of the 2008 amateur draft. With the Brooklyn Cyclones in 2009, he went 9-2 with a 2.15 ERA in 14 starts, leading the New York-Pennsylvania League in wins.
