Mario Zdelar pitched for the Croatian national team in the 2007 European Championship, going 1-0 with a 1.50 ERA and beating Austria. He was on the Croatian roster but did not pitch in the 2008 European Championship Qualifiers. He allowed 10 runs on 11 hits in 5 2/3 IP in the 2008 European Cup in Regensburg.
