Manuel González Guerra

Manuel González Guerra was president of the International Baseball Association from 1976-1979, leading the organization after the merger of the Federación Internacional de Béisbol Amateur and the Federación Mundial de Béisbol Amateur. He also was president of the Cuban Olympic Committee from 1963-1997.
