Biographical Information

Starting pitcher Lynn Rube played in the minor leagues from 1958 to 1962 in the St. Louis Cardinals (1958-1961) and New York Mets (1962) systems.

He was 27-37 overall, with his best season coming in 1959 - that year, as an 18-year-old, he went 16-8 with a 3.57 ERA in 31 games (29 starts) for the Hobbs Cardinals.
