Biographical Information[edit]
Luisa Gauci started her college career at West Los Angeles College where she redshirted her freshman year before COVID-19 shut down college baseball. She later attended Green River Community College where she earned a bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity and Networking. She was a member of the baseball team in 2022, the first female to earn a scholarship in the Northwest Athletic Conference.
In addition to playing the sport, Gauci has gained considerable coaching experience along the way which is detailed in her LinkedIn profile.[1] Probably the greatest impact was her time at Driveline Baseball. She started as a Hitting Analyst Intern in 2020 and later worked at Driveline from June 2021 through 2023 as Manager of Baseball Technologies. In the fall of 2023 she also was a part-time assistant coach for the Phoenix College Bears.
Gauci moved into the professional coaching ranks in 2024 when the Milwaukee Brewers hired her to coach ACL Brewers hitters.
