Biographical Information[edit]

Luis Piloto was an outfielder who played 16 seasons in the Cuban Serie Nacional.

Piloto was 1 for 5 with a run and three whiffs as a backup right fielder to Rey Isaac in the 1995 Intercontinental Cup; he had no chances in 8 innings in the field. Luis was hit by 20 pitches in the 2001-2002 Serie Nacional, playing for Isla de la Juventud. He also led with 28 doubles for La Habana in 2002-2003. He ended his career in 2005.

In 1,036 games in Cuba, he hit .277/.361/.437 with 109 homers, 491 runs and 484 RBI. He stole 22 bases in 56 tries. He fielded .966 and had 103 assists.
