Luis Fontanez
Luis Fontanez was a first baseman for the Puerto Rican national team. He led the 1983 Pan American Games with five doubles then hit .353/.400/.569 with five doubles, two home runs and eight runs in 13 games to lead Puerto Rico's offense in the 1984 Amateur World Series. He remained with Puerto Rico for the 1986 Amateur World Series and 1987 Pan American Games (a Bronze Medal).
