Louise Maillard played softball then was on the first French women's national team in baseball, at the 2019 European Women's Championship. She was the team's first right fielder, hitting 7th in their opener against the Netherlands. She went 0 for 3 against Loes Asmus; after reaching on error her third time up, she left for pinch-runner Nahya Nguyen. She finished the Euros 0 for 7 but with 4 walks and 4 runs. [1]
