Biographical Information[edit]
Lou Nordyke played major league baseball in 1906 as part of a long professional career that stretched to 1914. He spent most of his minor league seasons on the west coast, and from 1908 to 1914 he was in the Pacific Northwest. He also managed a couple of years in Vancouver and Victoria.
Nordyke's batting performance with the 1906 St. Louis Browns was above average, mainly because he drew 10 walks in 64 plate appearances. His .365 OBP was second-highest on the team.
