Biographical Information

Lloyd Lucas played for the Kingsport Cherokees (1953), Lubbock Hubbers (1954) and Superior Blues (1954), batting .292 with three home runs in 729 at-bats. He had been taken by the Denver Bears in the 1953 Rule V Draft but was sent to their Lubbock farm team.

He was a US Marine and later worked for the Treasury Department.
