The City of Lincoln fielded a team in the Placer Nevada League from 1923 to 1968 and for a time were called the Lincoln Potters. The Potters current iteration played in the Great West League in 2017 and 2018 before moving to the California Collegiate League for the 2019 season. They lost the 2018 GWL Championship to the Chico Heat.
