The Lewisville Lizards were a team in the independent Continental Baseball League, based in Lewisville, Texas. They played in the CBL's first season, placing third under the guidance of former major leaguer Tom Goodwin. Jesse Longoria hit .32 with a team-high 35 runs, 9 doubles, 13 homers and 46 RBI.
