Lester Ramirez was the second baseman for Guatemala in the 2010 Central American and Caribbean Games. He went 2 for 8 with four walks, two runs and RBI, getting four of his times on base in the 7-6 win over the Virgin Islands, the lone Guatemalan victory. He played error-free ball.
