Biographical Information[edit]

Leroy Herrmann won a couple games for the 1932 Chicago Cubs who won the 1932 pennant. In 1933, he spent much of the season with the Los Angeles Angels, going 16-9 till he broke a finger. After 1933 he was traded to San Francisco.

Leroy had three years in the majors and 12 seasons in the minors. He won 20 games for the 1931 Los Angeles Angels, 21 games for the Angels in 1932, and 27 for the San Francisco Seals in 1934, when he was a teammate of the 19-year-old Joe DiMaggio.
