Biographical Information[edit]
Leonardo Cárdenas was an outfielder for the Nicaraguan national team. He played in the 1983 Intercontinental Cup and 1984 Olympics. In the 1984 Amateur World Series, he hit .325/.370/.400 but made three errors in right field, fielding .903. He batted .316/.422/.395 with 7 walks in 11 games in the 1988 Baseball World Cup and had two game-winning RBI.
