The Leadville Blues played in Leadville, CO, in the 1886 Western League and going 39-41, 15 games out of first and third of the six teams that year. Managed by D.W. Morgan, the club once had a game delayed 30 minutes due to a snowstorm. They also played in the Colorado State League in 1889, 1896, and 1898-99.
