Biographical Information[edit]
LOOGY Larry Casian pitched parts of nine big league seasons (1990 to 1998), making the large majority of his 245 appearances with the Minnesota Twins and Chicago Cubs. From July 8 to September 9, 1993, Larry embarked on a 27 2/3 innings scoreless streak for a moribund 71-91 Twins squad. Upon retirement, he was an assistant coach at Western Baptist College from 1999 to 2004 and head coach from 2005-2006. In 2007, he became an assistant coach at the University of Portland.
