Biographical Information

Larry Boerner, who attended Western Maryland College under its former name, McDaniel College, pitched in the minors beginning in 1926. He came to the majors for 21 games with the Boston Red Sox in 1932. Boerner's ERA that year was exactly the same as that of his team: 5.02 ERA.
