Biographical Information

Pitcher Lance McCullers is the father of Lance McCullers Jr., selected in the supplemental first round of the 2012 amateur draft and who made his major league debut in 2015. Both he and his son were drafted 41st overall.

After his playing career, he went into the Christmas tree business in his hometown of Tampa, FL. Lance Jr. grew up helping him with sales, deliveries and clean-up, as did many other family members.
