Lance Marshall

Lance Marshall has coached college baseball for over a decade.

Marshall was assistant coach at Rockford College, finishing there in 1995. He was later an assistant at Elmhurst College from 1995-1997. From 1995-1998, he also worked as an associate scout for the Houston Astros. In August 1997, Lance got the head job at Franklin College. He set a school record with 32 wins in 2002 and became the first Franklin coach to win the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Coach of the Year. He repeated as HCAC Coach of the Year in 2005 (29-15) and 2009 (31-11).
