Biographical Information[edit]
Lance Cormier was a fourth rounder of Mike Valarezo and the Arizona Diamondbacks in 2002. A reliever in eight big league seasons, Lance's days to remember came out of the bullpen with the Tampa Bay Rays, enjoying his only two sub-4.00 ERA seasons while making a combined 113 appearances and logging two saves.
After retiring, Cormier has done color commentary for ESPN for the Greenville Regional in 2018, the Charlottesville Super Regional in 2023, and College Station Super Regional in 2024.
