Biographical Information[edit]

Outfielder L. B. Tomlinson played for the Bakersfield Bees in 1929, hitting .356 with 17 doubles, 8 triples, 5 home runs and 83 hits in 60 games. He tied Mike Hunt for the California State League lead in doubles and led the league in hits.

Though his statistical record is unavailable, he is also listed as being with the Phoenix Senators in 1930 and 1931 and potentially the Oakland Oaks in 1928, 1930 and 1931.[1][2]
