Biographical Information[edit]

Relief pitcher L.J. Hollins began his professional career in 2012.

He was taken by the Washington Nationals in the 29th round of the 2012 amateur draft. The scout was Eric Robinson. With the GCL Nationals and Hagerstown Suns that year, he went 3-0 with a 3.00 ERA in 16 appearances. Between Hagerstown (1 G) and the Auburn Doubledays (23 G) in 2013, Hollins went 1-4 with a 2.91 ERA. After posting a 6.10 ERA in 9 games for Hagerstown in 2014, the Nationals released him.
