Biographical Information[edit]
Pitcher Kyle McGowin was drafted by the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim in the 5th round of the 2013 amateur draft. The scout was Todd Hogan. He was the highest draft pick in Savannah State University history.
On December 10, 2016 he was traded along with Austin Adams to the Washington Nationals for infielder Danny Espinosa. He made his major league debut for the Nationals on September 5, 2018.
