Kwang-hwan Lee won over 600 games as a manager in the Korea Baseball Organization. He piloted the OB Bears from August 1988-1990 (69-93-4), the LG Twins from 1992-1996 (309-262-15), the Hanwha Eagles from 2000-2002 (120-137-9), the Twins in 2003 (60-71-2), LG's farm club from 2004-? and the Woori Heroes in 2008 (50-76).
