Kristoffer Sjöberg debuted in the Elitserien at age 15, with the 2005 Rättvik Butchers, going 3 for 10. He hit .387/.486/.548 in 31 at-bats for the 2006 Butchers and posted a 3-2, 5.56 record. Despite his fine work, he did not play in the 2007-2008 Elitserien. He played with the Leksand Lumberjacks in 2009. He was put on Sweden's preliminary 40-man roster for the 2009 Baseball World Cup.
