Biographical Information[edit]
Kristaps Aldins has been a college coach.
Aldins was Liberty League Player of the Year in 2005. From 2005-2009, he was pitching coach for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He also was a coach for the 2008-2009 North Shore Navigators. He then moved up to Harvard University as assistant coach in 2010-2011. He also managed the Latvian national team in the 2011 European Championship Qualifiers (both of his parents were from Latvia and Aldins had visited the country before), going 0-4. He became the head coach for the Stevens Institute of Technology for the 2012 season.
