Biographical Information

Kirk Smith was named Best Pitcher in the Bahamas three years in a row, from 1974-1976. With Del Jane in 1974, he won a league-high 19 games and also took the MVP honor. He led with 165 strikeouts in 1975. He moved to the Holsten Knights for 1976. He was on the Bahamas national team that finished a surprising 5th in the 1979 Pan American Games.
