Kinsley Park

From BR Bullpen

Kinsley Park was located in Providence, RI and served as the home of the Providence Rubes, Providence Grays and various Negro league games, as well as the National Football League's Providence Steamrollers and the American Soccer League's Providence Gold Bugs. It is perhaps most notable for hosting the NFL's first night game on November 6, 1929, which ended in a 16-0 Chicago Cardinals victory over the Steamrollers. Its seating capacity was about 7,500.

The park closed in 1931 and was torn down by 1933.
