Biographical Information[edit]

Kevin Paxson was a college coach.

Paxson was All-Sooner Athletic Conference at Oklahoma Baptist. He went 2 for 22 as an outfielder for the 1998 Tennessee Tomahawks. He then was an assistant coach at Shawnee High School (2001-2003), St. Gregory's University (2003-2006) and Oklahoma Baptist University (2006-2008). He became head coach of Mid-America Christian University in 2009, going 24-27 his first year and remaining in the role in 2010. Paxson was head coach at Shawnee High School from 2019-2023. He was named head coach at East Central University for 2024.

He also has been a head coach in the New England Collegiate Baseball League, New York Collegiate Baseball League and the Red River Collegiate Baseball League.
