Biographical Information[edit]
Outfielder Ken Wood played parts of six seasons in the majors and saw his most playing time as the rightfielder for the 1950 St. Louis Browns.
Prior to reaching the majors, Wood served in the Coast Guard during World War II. After his playing days, he worked for the Prudential Insurance Company.
