Biographical Information[edit]

Ken Grundt pitched 3 games in the major leagues, and his minor league career stretched from 1991 to 1998. He was in the minor league organization of the San Francisco Giants from 1991 to 1993, in independent ball in 1994, with the organizations of the Colorado Rockies in 1995, the Boston Red Sox in 1996 and 1997, and the Florida Marlins in 1998.

From 1991 through his first two teams in 1995, his ERA was always under 2.35. With the Asheville Tourists in 1995 in 20 games, he had an ERA of 0.30. While his ERA was always great in Single A or Double A, he couldn't keep it down in Triple A or the majors.
