Biographical Information

Outfielder Kelvin Ryan played in the Tampa Bay Devil Rays system from 1997 to 2001 and in independent baseball in 2003. Despite batting just .266, he led the 1998 GCL Devil Rays in hits with 59; he batted .237 overall in his stateside career. Despite a .236 mark, he had a decent season in 1999, hitting 12 home runs with 66 RBI, 63 runs scored and 12 stolen bases for the Charleston RiverDogs.
