Biographical Information[edit]
Katsumasa Ishikawa was a pitcher who represented Japan in the 1972 Amateur World Series. He played for Toyobo Iwakuni in the Industrial League after college. The Nankai Hawks drafted him in the first round of the 1972 NPB draft, but he refused to sign.
