Katsuhiko Kumazaki (熊﨑 勝彦)
Katsuhiko Kumazaki was commissioner of Nippon Pro Baseball from 2014-2017. He had previously been a prosecutor. He helped organize the 2015 Premier 12 and worked to get baseball into the 2020 Olympics.
