Biographical Information[edit]

Pitcher Kasey Kiker was signed by the Texas Rangers and scout Jeff Wood as the first round pick in the 2006 amateur draft. He made his pro debut that year with the Spokane Indians, where he went 0-7 with a 4.13 ERA in 16 games. Kiker reached AA in 2009-2010. After posting a 7.05 ERA in A ball in 2011, he was released by the Rangers. He then played briefly in independent ball in 2012.

In the 2003 World Youth Championship, he had a save and a 2.45 ERA.
