Julián Pedrouzo has played for the Argentinian national team.
Pedrouzo was 2 for 9 with 3 walks and two RBI in the 2012 U-15 Baseball World Cup. [1] In the 2016 U-23 Baseball World Cup, the teenager hit .379/.448/.457 with 7 RBI in 8 games, starting in right field for Argentina. [2] Coming to the US for college, he was 0 for 14 with a walk in 2018, 1 for 14 in 2019 and did not play in 2020. He hit .149/.245/.255 in 2021.
In the 2022 World Baseball Classic Qualifiers, he started in left field and hit 6th against Pakistan. He struck out against Amir Asghar his first time up and was 0 for 4 when Lucas Stalman took over. He finished the qualifiers 0-for-6. [3]
