Juan "Charles" Diaz

Juan Carlos Díaz (Charles)

Juan (Charles) Díaz was a Cuban manager for 14 seasons. He guided the Lobos de Pinar del Río to a 39-39 record in 1973-1974. He then managed the Forestales for at least the next six seasons, going 148-119 from 1974-1980. He was skipper of the weak Isla de la Juventud club from 1987-1991, with a 58-134 record. His last stint was with Pinar del Rio in 2005-2006, guiding them to a 48-42 record. Overall, he was 349-378 in 14 seasons as a manager in Cuba.
