Biographical Information[edit]
Josh Whitesell was drafted by the Montreal Expos in the 6th round of the 2003 amateur draft. He was signed by scout Tony Arango and made his pro debut that summer.
Whitesell signed with the Tokyo Yakult Swallows in June of 2010. In his first four games in Nippon Pro Baseball, he was 5 for 12 with a triple, two home runs and six RBI.
