Biographical Information[edit]
Josh Rapaport hit .251/.406/.331 in six seasons in Britain's top league for the London Mets (2011-2016). [1] In the 2013 B-Level European Championship, he was 1 for 6 for the champion Brits. [2] That put the team in the 2014 European Championship, where he started in left field for Great Britain. He grounded out his first at-bat, against Sweden's Jakob Claesson but later got a hit off Claesson and finished the event at .250/.333/.375 with two runs and two RBI in seven games, stealing one base and making one error in nine chances. His biggest hit was a triple off Jimmy Summers. He was in the middle of Britain's team in offense. [3]
