Josh Adams was a minor league baseball pitcher who played only one year - 2002.

Drafted by the Braves in the 18th round of the 2002 amateur draft, Adams made 20 relief appearances for the rookie level Danville Braves that year, going 1-5 with a 3.62 ERA. In 37 2/3 innings of work, he struck out 37 batters.
