Biographical Information[edit]
J.B. Roe was the first president of the the South Central League. He managed the 1902 Sedalia Gold Bugs, 1905 McAlester Miners/Fort Smith Giants and also the Shawnee Blues for part of the 1906 season and was replaced by J.B. McAlester. He also played briefly in 1902 and 1906.
