Joseph Riley Jr.
Joe Riley Jr. (Democrat) has been the mayor of Charleston, SC since 1975 (serving his 10th term beginning in 2012). Riley was a driving force behind the construction of Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park, home stadium of the Charleston RiverDogs and The Citadel. In 2012, Riley was inducted into the South Atlantic League Hall of Fame.
