Biographical Information

José Santiago played for the Carolina Giants in the Puerto Rico Winter Baseball League. In the 2008 Caribbean Series, he was 0-1 with a 5.73 ERA for the Tigres de Aragua, allowing 16 hits in 11 innings.

One of two Jose Santiagos pitching for Puerto Rico in the 2008 Americas Baseball Cup, he had a 1.59 ERA despite allowing 8 hits in 5 2/3 IP for the champion team.
