Jose Luis Rodríguez Pantoja

Jose Luis Rodríguez managed the Piratas de la Isla de la Juventud to a 29-35 record in 1995-1996 then returned to manage them again in 2014-2015, remaining until 2020-2021; he was replaced by the guy he had succeeded, Armando Johnson. His teams went 203-199 in his second go-around with the team, finishing in second place in 2014-2015. He coached for the Cuban national team in the 2015 World Port Tournament and 2015 Pan American Games (Bronze).
