Biographical Information

Jose Brito pitched in the Chicago White Sox minor league system from 2010-2015 and reached High A for part of his final season. He split his time between starting and working out of the bullpen. Overall Brito earned a 11-15 record with a 5.58 ERA while appearing in 115 games.

After completing his playing career, Brito joined the White Sox player development program and served as a pitching coach in the lowest levels of the system. Brito was slated to return to the DSL in 2020 before COVID-19 wiped out the minor league season.
